Charcoal Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frying size chickens
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Texas Pete (hot sauce)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. Carolina Treat sauce
    pinch of oregano
    pinch of thyme
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Cut fryers in half and cut wings off.
    Put in skin and sprinkle liberally with garlic salt and lemon pepper.
