Corn Bread(Servings: 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. honey
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. white or whole wheat flour
    1 c. corn meal
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend oil and honey together.
    Beat in egg, baking powder and salt.
    Add both flours, then milk; mix until nearly smooth.
    Pour into well oiled cast-iron skillet.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
