Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 lb. mushrooms
3 c. cooked, cold rice
soy sauce to taste
Preparation

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in skillet.
Add eggs and salt.
Fry until firm.
Remove to plate.
Cut into strips and reserve.
Heat remaining 5 tablespoons of oil in skillet.
Add onion and mushrooms.
Saute just until tender and crisp.
Add rice.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until heated through.
Stir in soy sauce and eggs.
Taste.
Add more soy sauce, if desired.
