Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. (4 c.) cooked noodles
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and butter.
    Add tomato sauce and set aside to cool.
    Cook noodles.
    Mix meat, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green peppers.
    Put half of noodles in bottom of greased casserole.
    Add cheese.
    Mix and add balance of noodles.
    Do not stir.
    Add meat and melted butter on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
