Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage or 1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. chopped onion
4 c. diced potatoes
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. black pepper
12 oz. evaporated milk
2 c. corn kernels
16 oz. cream-style corn
Preparation
-
Brown sausage or ground turkey; add onion and cook until tender.
(You can rinse and drain to get rid of some of the fat.) Add potatoes, water, salt, marjoram and pepper.
Cook until tender.
Add milk and corn.
Serves 6.
