Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. regular long grain rice
    1/4 medium bell pepper *
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried sage, crushed
    2 tsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    *Bell peppers can be any color, but should be cut into 1-inch julienne strips.
