Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, pureed
    3/4 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peel and slice squash, removing seed.
    Cook until tender with 1/2 cup water.
    Drain.
    Puree in electric mixer or blender; must be very smooth.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
