15 Minute Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. berries, washed and capped
    5 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Place ingredients in large pot.
    Cool on low heat until sugar dissolves.
    Boil 15 minutes on high.
    Skim.
    Let stand for 4 to 6 hours.
    Put in jars and seal.
    Makes approximately 2 1/2 pints. (Strawberries, blueberries or blackberries may be used.)
