Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tbsp shortening
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 ring-sliced onion
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces, combine flour, salt, pepper, Pound mixture into meat. Melt shortening and brown meat on both sides. Add remaining ingredients; cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hr.
