Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini, peeled, chopped, cooked and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick margarine
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation

Mix and put in a 2-quart casserole the zucchini, eggs, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, chopped onion and salt and pepper. Top with grated cheese.
Melt margarine and mix with Pepperidge Farm dressing and put on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Good with broccoli or spinach.
