Broken Glass Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. graham crackers
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 pkg. red Jell-O
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 1/2 c. hot water (for each pkg.)
1 pkg. plain gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Crush crackers, add butter and sugar.
Mix well and line a 1 x 13 x 2 1/2-inch pan, reserving a small amount of crumbs for topping.
Dissolve each package of Jell-O in hot water and in separate bowls or flat pans.
Chill in pans until firm.
Then cut into 1/2-inch squares.
Soften plain gelatin in cold water; add hot pineapple juice and cool.
Whip cream and sugar and vanilla.
Fold in cooled gelatin and pineapple mixture.
Fold in Jell-O cubes; pour into crumb-lined pan.
Sprinkle on rest of crumbs; chill 6 to 8 hours until very firm.
