Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up in pieces
1/2 c. rice, cooked
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 can water chestnuts, sliced very thin
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1/2 c. almonds, sliced
1/2 stick melted oleo
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except potato chips, almonds and oleo, and place in greased casserole.
Put potato chips and almonds over top.
Pour over all oleo.
Bake 35 minute at 350\u00b0.
