Seafood Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 sticks celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1 lb. crawfish tails or shrimp tails or 2 cans tuna fish
Preparation
    Melt oleo; add flour and cook on medium heat to golden brown. To this, add onions, celery and bell pepper; cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and your choice of seafood and cook on low heat for 1/2 hour.
    Then add salt and pepper to taste.
    I use Tony Chachere's Creole seasonings only.
