Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can green beans, drained
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 medium purple onion
    1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    celery salt (optional)
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar, olive oil, soy sauce and celery salt. Pour over beans, onion and water chestnuts.
    Marinate overnight. Serves 6.
