Southwestern Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. fat-free Thousand Island dressing
    1/3 c. salsa
    1/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (tenders), cut in 1/4-inch strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 each medium sweet and green pepper (1/4-inch strips)
    12 c. torn romaine
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese (Cheddar sharp)
    1 c. shredded red cabbage
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 medium carrot, grated
    baked tortilla chips
Preparation
    Combine salad dressing, salsa and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
