Pesto Sauce For Linguine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. packed fresh basil leaves
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped pine nuts or walnuts
1 c. corn oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
16 oz. linguine, cooked and drained
Preparation

Place first 5 ingredients in blender and cover.
With the blender running, slowly add corn oil. Blend 3 to 5 minutes until smooth. Stir in cheese. Toss with linguine.
