Amish Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine eggs, milk and sugar.
In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then stir in egg mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Heat oil to 375\u00b0 and pour batter into hot oil through a household funnel.
Control the flow by holding your finger over the bottom of the funnel.
Make patterns, designs and swirls with the stream of batter.
Cook until brown.
Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
