Shrimp And Beef Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large green peppers, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. pkg. frozen shrimp, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    few drops of Tabasco sauce
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet or Dutch oven; saute green peppers, onions and garlic in oil until soft, but not browned. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp and rice. Cover; heat to boiling. Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
    Add shrimp and rice; simmer until thoroughly heated.
