Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small cans artichoke hearts (packed in water)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 tsp. red Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Rough puree the artichokes, then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Place in ovenproof dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with crackers for dipping.
