8 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cream
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. mixed candied fruit or 1 Tbsp. orange rind
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. butter
