Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled
    salt and red pepper
    1 can cream of celery, cream of onion or cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    2 pieces celery
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Season shrimp with salt and red pepper.
    Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
    When transparent, add shrimp and stir-fry until pink.
    Add soup; mix up until soup is heated.
    Mix with cooked rice.
    Butter a baking dish and put mixture in; bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
