Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cucumbers, sliced
    onions, sliced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Soak onions and cucumbers in salt water for 1 hour.
    Drain and pack into canning jars as tightly as possible.
    Heat sugar and vinegar to boiling.
    Pour liquid to fill each jar.
    Cool and freeze.
