Company'S Coming Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/8 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    ketchup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except ketchup.
    Form into a loaf.
    Cover bottom of the baking dish with ketchup (about 1/2-inch deep). Place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven, covered, and bake approximately 1 hour.
    The ketchup and juices from the meat blend and make a great tomato sauce to serve over the meat loaf.
