Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3 to 6 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions, sliced
Preparation
    Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
    Brown in a frying pan.
    Remove from pan.
    Melt oleo.
    Add milk slowly.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Alternate potatoes, onions, cream sauce and pork chops in a greased casserole dish.
    Cover.
    Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
