Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. soft tortillas
1 fryer, cooked, boned and chunked
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix chicken, onions, cheese, garlic salt and chili powder together and add tomatoes.
Soften the tortillas in the warm chicken stock.
Line baking dish with the tortillas and pour chicken mixture over the tortillas.
Pour the soup over the chicken and bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
