Sausage And Zucchini Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage links
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped tomatoes (seeds removed)
    4 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice sausage in 1/4-inch slices.
    Brown in wok or large skillet.
    Add onions when sausage is nearly done.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes, zucchini, lemon juice, salt, Tabasco sauce and oregano. Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Serve with crusty Italian bread.
