Tanta Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up and skinned
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place dry ingredients in blender or food processor.
    Blend about one minute, stopping occasionally to stir. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture; dip into milk.
    Coat again with oat mixture.
    Place in a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan; drizzle with margarine.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
