Turkey Meat Loaf(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 large carrot, chopped fine (or about 6 mini carrots)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put into meat loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours.
    Should be golden brown on top.
