Cornish Hens With Apple Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 lb. 6 oz.) Cornish hens
    1 (12 oz.) can unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 lemon slices
Preparation
    Remove giblets from hens.
    Rinse hens with cold water and pat dry.
    Split each hen lengthwise using knife.
    Place hens, cavity side up, on a rack in shallow roasting pan.
