Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. White Lily self-rising flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. shortening
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

In a dough pan, mix flour, shortening and milk.
Grease pan. Roll and cut out biscuits, being careful not to overwork dough. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 15 big biscuits.
