Avocado Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. rotini pasta
    1/2 c. diced Provolone cheese
    1 can pitted black olives
    4 c. assorted vegetables
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    2 oz. Prosciutto, slivered
    1/2 c. sliced red onion
    1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1 avocado
Preparation
    In a large bowl, gently toss pasta with dressing.
    Add cheese, Prosciutto, black olives, onion, peas, broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms, asparagus tips and sliced basil.
    Toss gently. Season to taste.
    Fan avocado slices on top.
    Garnish with fresh basil leaves and tomato.
    Serves 4.
