Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. self-rising flour (Pillsbury)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    3 to 4 c. chopped apples (about 5 medium apples)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add cooking oil and beat well.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Add cinnamon and vanilla; mix well.
    Add flour and mix well again.
    Stir in chopped nuts and apples.
    Mix well.
    Batter will be very stiff and hard to mix.
    Spoon into a buttered and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Check with a toothpick for doneness.
    Baking depends on oven.
