Pineapple, Tuna And Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tuna, flaked
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. cold, cooked rice
3/4 c. thinly sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced, stuffed olives
1/4 c. minced green pepper (optional)
salt to taste
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salad greens
Preparation

Combine tuna, pineapple, rice, celery, olives and green peppers.
Chill.
Add salt and mayonnaise and mix lightly.
Serve on greens.
