Cucumber-Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. unflavored low-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie or regular mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed or 2 to 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
1/8 tsp. salt
dash freshly ground pepper
dash hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve chilled with hot or cold fish, either broiled, steamed or baked.
Use with trout, salmon, sole, cod, whitefish, black sea bass, tuna, etc.
