Grandma'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon or vanilla extract
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and extract.
Beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill 2 to 3 hours (I usually chill overnight).
Shape into 1 1/4-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
