Herb-Marinated Chicken(Per Serving: 170 Calories And 7 G Fat.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. meaty chicken pieces (breasts, thighs and drumsticks)
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 tsp. dried oregano or tarragon, crushed
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Skin chicken, if desired.
    Rinse chicken.
    Place in heavy plastic bag.
    For marinade, in a bowl, combine wine, oil, vinegar, basil, oregano, onion salt and garlic.
    Pour over chicken in bag. Close bag and turn to coat chicken well.
    Marinate for 5 to 24 hours in refrigerator, turning bag occasionally.
