Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplant (3 lb.)
    4 1/2 c. BREADING MEAL
    SPAGHETTI SAUCE
    LESSARELLA CHEESE
Preparation
    Cut ends off eggplant.
    Slice in 1/2-inch circles.
    Dip in water
    and coat with BREADING MEAL.
    Bake on sprayed cookie sheet at 350\u00b0
    for
    15 minutes, turn and bake 15 minutes more. Layer in pan
    with
    sauce
    and
    cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or serve
    sliced
    eggplant
    with
    sauce and cheese as toppings. Serves 4 to 6.
