Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to boil, stirring
    5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Pour over popped corn and mix together to coat all corn. Put on jelly roll pans. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
