Wild Blueberry Maple Syrup Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    3/4 c. quick oats
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven 350\u00b0; grease muffin tin and set aside. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
    Mix together oil, beaten egg, milk, syrup and oats.
    Stir into dry mixture until moistened; do not overmix.
    Fold in floured blueberries; fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full and sprinkle tops with a little granulated sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 - 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
