Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. salad oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini (leave the skin on)
1 c. nuts
16 oz. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream butter, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Sift cocoa, flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add to eggs mixture.
Add zucchini.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with nuts and chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
