Turnip Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches greens
    1/4 lb. salt pork
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 c. water or more
Preparation
    Wash greens real good, maybe 4 times.
    Chop greens into bite-size pieces.
    Put greens in water.
    Add 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, salt, pepper and salt pork.
    Bring to a brisk boil.
    Reduce heat to medium-low.
    Cover and cook until tender.
