Toasted Noodle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil; add noodles and salt.
    Reduce heat to simmer and cook 2 minutes.
    Rinse under cold water and drain.
    Mix noodles with 2 tablespoons oil.
    Heat remaining 3 tablespoons oil in skillet.
    Add noodles; spread to cover bottom of pan.
    On medium heat, brown noodles on underside; turn and brown other side.
    Remove from skillet and cut into 6 servings.
