Chicken Liver Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken livers
1 large onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
butter (for frying)
Preparation

Cut chicken livers into bite size pieces and fry in butter along with the onion until done.
Stir in sour cream and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with rice, creamed potatoes or noodles.
