Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice carrots and cook.
    Chop onion and pepper.
    Layer with carrots.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over layered vegetables.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly, about 45 minutes.
