Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shell or twist macaroni
    4 shredded carrots
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed and cool.
    Add carrots, green pepper and onion.
    Mix together Eagle Brand milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over macaroni and vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.
