Chocolate Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 oz.) sq. Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. water
    1 c. cold whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, over hot, but not boiling water, melt chocolate.
    Add sweetened condensed milk; continue to cook over hot water for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in water. Remove from heat.
    Pour mixture into large bowl.
    Stir in vanilla. Cool.
