Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin tips or top round, cut small
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, not drained
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare noodles as directed.
    In small bowl, mix flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Stir in small amount of mushroom liquid until creamy.
    Cook onion in butter for about 5 minutes.
    Add meat and cook until done.
    Add mushrooms and liquid, then add flour mixture.
    Stir over medium heat until mixture is thickened.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over noodles.
