Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    12 slices bread
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. milk
    2 c. broth
    1/2 lb. margarine
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender, debone.
    Place meat in bottom of large flat pan; set aside.
    In large saucepan, put soups, milk, broth and margarine.
    Bring to boiling point.
    Remove from heat. Add bread slices and let set for a few minutes.
    Mash up bread, add onion powder and eggs (beaten).
    Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until light brown.
    Serves 12 to 15.
