Marinated Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, grated
1 large cabbage, grated
1 large green pepper, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
Preparation

Place grated cabbage in bowl; add grated bell pepper and onion.
Do not stir.
Place remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour mixture over cabbage.
Don't stir.
Cover the bowl and place in refrigerator overnight.
Stir just before serving.
Will keep 2 weeks.
