Pecan Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box light brown sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. corn meal
pinch of salt
4 eggs, stiffly beaten
2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into two 9-inch pie crusts. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
